last minute decision-making can't be optimal in any sense. And yet, the shutdown and the debt crisis "solutions", if they exist, will be determined that way. Crazy, isn't it?
I think its crazier that the actual idea was just to raise the ceiling for 6 weeks rather than solve anything. It seems as though they want to kick the can down the road.
Yeah, this whole ordeal kinds of summarizes humanity in a nutshell doesn't it? Everybody thinks they're right and tries to step over those who disagree with them and procrastinate until the last minute to perform their duties.
